Factory Feedback Prototype

This prototype was developed as part of an undergraduate research project studying how visual and audio feedback affects player understanding and experience in factory-building games.

This build is intended exclusively for invited study participants.

Requirements:

• Windows 10 or Windows 11
• Keyboard and mouse
• Headphones are recommended

Instructions:

1. Download the ZIP file.
2. Extract all its contents.
3. Open FactoryFeedbackPrototype.exe.
4. Complete the objective shown in the game  (or play for a bit)..
5. Return to the questionnaire after finishing. (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfuakLD7hfPiCvhMTGogN4zbu0pbMQJQ-ZijWE7...)
6. Upload the CSV telemetry file when requested.

The telemetry file is located at:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\TFGFactoryFeedback\FactoryFeedbackPrototype\TFG_Telemetry

The game only records interactions related to the study. It does not collect names, email addresses or other directly identifying personal information.
